Requirements

Operating System

• Windows Client: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7
• Windows Server: Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019, 2016, 2012

Minimum Requirements

• RAM: 4 GB (8 GB recommended)

Additional Requirements & Dependencies

• SMTP server with username/password authentication.
• SAP Crystal Reports Runtime
  The required version depends on the Smart Report Organizer version:
  • SRO 2026: SAP Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.38.5404
  • SRO 2018–2024: SAP Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.21.2533

Important Notes

• Only one version of SAP Crystal Reports Runtime can be installed at a time.
  Installing another version may cause conflicts with existing applications.
• Smart Report Organizer (SRO) is not permitted for use in Windows Terminal Server Environments
  (e.g., Citrix or Microsoft Remote Desktop Platform).
• The required SRO version (32-bit / 64-bit) depends on your Crystal Reports version: 32-BIT or 64-BIT decision
• Smart Report Organizer depends on the customer’s individual IT environment.
  The customer is responsible for checking compatibility and suitability before use and after any changes to the system environment.
