Uninstall

Uninstall Smart Report Organizer:

  • Close Smart Report Organizer if it is currently running.
  • Stop all Smart Report Organizer Windows services if they are running:
    Open Windows Services Manager
    Stop Smart Report Organizer Service
  • Backup Database: Backup Database (Important: Perform this step before starting the update or upgrade to prevent data loss.)
  • Uninstall (when not required by any other application): Microsoft SQL Server LocalDB
  • Uninstall (when not required by any other application): SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework
  • Uninstall: Smart Report Organizer
