Install

Automatic Installation:

  1. Check Requirements here: [Helpcenter: Requirements]
  2. Check which version 32-BIT or 64-BIT is required here: [Helpcenter: 32-BIT or 64-BIT Decision]
  3. Download SRO2024 here: [SRO2024 Download Page]
  4. After downloading, extract the ZIP file and run the setup.exe.
  5. The automatic installation installs all required components automatically:
    • SQL Server 2014 Express LocalDB (with SP1)
    • SAP Crystal Reports Runtime
    • Microsoft .NET Framework
  6. After installation, you can use SRO immediately and create your first job.

Manual Installation:

Manual installation is only necessary if there are problems with the automatic installation.
  1. Check Requirements here: [Helpcenter: Requirements]
  2. Check which version 32-BIT or 64-BIT is required here: [Helpcenter: 32-BIT or 64-BIT Decision]
  3. Download and install manually: Microsoft .NET Framework (4.8).
  4. Download and install manually: Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Express LocalDB.
  5. Download and install manually: SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (32-bit) (13.0.21).
  6. Download and install manually: [SRO2024 Download Page]
  7. After installation, you can use SRO immediately and create your first job.
